HIL and its Related Entities recommend that all Harcourts clients and customers seek professional advice before making any property decisions and should engage their own expert to provide independent reports should they have any concerns regarding the Property Reports on the Harcourts platform.
In respect of such Property Reports, HIL or its Related Entities do not act as an agent involved in the provision of such report. For the avoidance of doubt, indicated sections of Property Reports and sections provided by agents (including any price estimate) are deemed to be Third Party Content for the purposes of the section immediately above.
Harcourts Group Limited and its franchises are all licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and therefore our agents, branch managers, and salespersons are bound by the Act and the Real Estate Agents Act (Professional Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2012. The Rules should be read in conjunction with the Act and the Regulations.

Please note: you may access the Real Estate Agents Authority’s complaints process without first using Harcourts’ in-house procedures; and any use of our in-house procedures does not preclude you from making a complaint to the Authority.
